Short, single session workshops to get a taste of some aspects of the Agency by Design framework with a focus on building connections along with emergent topics that are relevant at the moment.

ENGAGE & EXPLORE

Semester-long fellowship (Fall & Spring) for teams of educators to deepen their teaching practice utilizing an inquiry based approach. Each semester focuses on a specific element of the Agency by Design framework.

CULTURE AND CLIMATE

Multi-yearlong fellowship of middle school culture & climate teams that cultivates the  community’s (students, staff, families) sense of belonging.  

Using the liberatory design for equity tool, teams lead, share and design strategies for positive systemic change.

APPRENTICESHIP

Year-long fellowship for educators of the global majority to elevate their leadership and facilitation skills. Foci include identity, joy and healing.
